Architecture is the compliance layer
We don’t satisfy your data obligations with a contract or a promise. We satisfy them by making the data physically impossible to leave your building. A model running on your hardware, with no outbound API calls, is compliant by construction.

Open-weight models are good enough
For most regulated business tasks — document review, note drafting, anomaly detection, data extraction — a well-deployed local model on a £3,000 inference box outperforms a cloud API you’re not allowed to use. We know which models to choose for which tasks.
